Pvt Cornelius Lister

Born 1 of three triplet Brothers Cornelius being the diehard patriotic sort; J.R. (God rest his soul) being the fearless leader, and Cooder being the scoundrel, a black mark on the Lister name. A no-good, double-faced, theivin, lyin, cheatin, south's biggest no-count, traitorous bein that ever lived. These brothers came from a rather predominant family at the Delta Plantation near Clarksdale, Mississippi, born in 1828. All three made their way west to just west of Fayetteville Arkansas about 1855 in the Boston Mountains. Each dabbled in slave trade and hog-raisin'. The biggest hog farm within a days walk of either direction. J.R. attended the Cane Hill college furthering his studies in mathematics and military strategy. Cornelius was the caretaker of the plantation during these years, while Cooder was drumming up his own business undercutting local whiskey runners among other shady dealings. Cornelius was kept busy trying to keep him off the gallows. While J.R. (God rest his soul) lead the training of the local militia. When the war broke out all 3 mustered into the Confederate Army. J.R. instantly made the rank of Captain. Cornelius was offered rank but did not accept he wanted nothing more than spill as much yankee blood as he could on the front lines. Cooder took a quartermaster position where he was ran off by the Army for selling supplies to the Yanks. Beware Cooder is known to carry uniforms in both blue and gray. J.R.(God rest his soul) and his rank kept Cooder from the firing squad. After this happened J.R.(God rest his soul) was promoted to Major and was sent south to ask for better provisions. During this trip he was ambushed by far superior numbers and before he took his last of 23 bullets he was able to kill 13 men he emptied both his pistols and pushed his sword through the heart of a Pennsylvania invader. "How dare they come down here take, burn & pillage our homes". J.R.'s death(God rest his soul) will not soon be forgotten. Meanwhile Cornelius will keep avenging his brother's death (God rest his Soul).
